Kindness
The act of being helpful, giving and caring for others.
The Crane is noted for its balance, grace and agility. The Crane uses it’s yielding calm, quiet nature to draw its opponent off balance. Although it’s movements are circular, soft and relaxed in nature, they are very explosive and used to disguise and close distances. The Crane represents patience and develops coordination and concentration. The Crane also helps develop strength in the arms, fingers and wrists, as well as overall leg conditioning and ankle strength.
